If there is going to be a new KFF constitution it must include objectives for each official.

One objective for the KFF chairman should be to establish a Women’s league within one year and get sponsors within 2 years.

The KFF technical director’s objective should be to establish youth schemes. The constitution should allow for removal of those who do not meet set objectives.
