EMMANUEL ONYWERA is one great asset to our national soccer team. I really like his skills and attitude. The next Kenyan Coach should try and come up with a good and a winning team with EMMANUEL leading in the attacking force for the team. God bless Kenya

I am to congratulate my Good Friend Coach Jacob Ghost Mulee for his appointement as the Harambee Stars Coach. I wish him all the best in all that he plan to achieve to lift Kenya Football. I also congratulate the KFA for this appointment. I find him a highly technically sound Soccer Coach when i interacted with him as a Sports Psychologist in 2003-2004 while lecturing in the Dept of Physical Educ. of Kenyatta University. It is my delight to see African Coaches handle African National Teams. I do hope he will be given all the incentive to succeed.
Regards
Prof Omotayo

My Friend. Your Suggestion holds No Water. Julius Gawo has never seen the inside of a swedish field Let alone Kick a Swidish Ball . Never Played Never Started Never even appeared on the pitch.
Harambee stars needs Raw Home Talent. Now that there is the 2012 CAN, we need to prepare Now, Get 16-18Yr olds and get a good Coach. Next year We build a 12-15yr old team to feed the under 17 side. If we do this we will always have talent flow and aspiration in our youth to grow into the senior side. Look at Ghana young talent comming down from the ranks. Egypt Home talent and good coach.
We Kenyans can do it. we Just need Genuin Administrators and Proper Coach.

Well Kenyan is on of the few countries that allow dual citizenship but how about Oliech he is a citizen of Arabia and kenyan, how could they miss that??
But Kenyans need to have their own taletnt there are many born Kenyans that play football but has moved to diffirent Countries such as France,Sweden,U.S.A e.tc
but why not go and send a scout to bring back ower lads and they can maybe lead us to a World Championsship,
i can suggest a good talent thet plays in Sweden Byron Julius Gawo Born and raised in Kenya but moved to sweden, now 17 and a big talent who plays for Roslags Bro.why not try to bring him and the other lads back.

lemmi congratulate h. stars but one thing to know iz that they need to dedicate their future for kenyans let them have patriotism in their mind they don need to shame us and to officials stop wrangles and focus on future of kenya no need for foreign coaches (betrayers) as u've seen and muhidini hatoshi kabisa give chance to kimanzi and you'l see joyfull results wi need kimanzi back.

I said it earlier and I will say it again: Muhidin must go immediately.
If we are going to hire a local coach there is no one else up to the task other than Francis Kimanzi period. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever we should loose 2-0 against Zambia in our back yard!! I hope this message gets to the proper football loving authorities at home.

I want to take this opportunity to congratulate Harambee Stars left back, John Njoroge.
First, for proving that he is in the National team by merit.
Secondly, for having being retained at the club level by Yanga FC. For Papic "Bill Clinton" to retain him in the current squad proves his worthiness...both at club level and at the National level.
He is such a humble gentleman in person. Yesterday I had a chat with him, in a popular joint in Nairobi. He is so down-to-earth, unlike some players. It is such attitude that make heroic players like Captain Musa Otieno.

It is sad when someone is trying to make a difference back home in the game of football, only to see their work go up in smoke. The work of selfish individuals with political affiliations who know nothing about football or running it for that matter. Kenya by now should be a soccer power-house in the continent of Africa. But unfortunately, that has not been the case as we have witnessed talent come and go. Even though today by far we have the best talent Kenya has ever produced in decades in the likes of Dennis Oliech, Emmanuel Ake, McDonald Mariga, Robert Mambo, Allan Wanga, we will never witness our standards in soccer grow to influence even youthful rising talent like Mugabe.... or even aspiring footballers in the high school and secondary school ranks. Why, .. It is the same all corrupt, selfish individuals running soccer back home.
Enough said, we need a fresh start from top down. Let there be new blood in the soccer governing body. People who understand the game of soccer and its management.
Second, there needs to be an effective network systems that regularily searches and nurtures new and upcoming talent across the country.
Third & final, with all due respect for Twahir Muhidin and his contributions to soccer in the country he has to go; and let Francis Kimanzi be reinstated to his post. So far he is by far the best local coach we have at the moment. ... for those who chose to differ with me just check his record.
